PUBLIC RELATIONS

Branding

At Pantín/Beber Silverstein, the public relations division of Beber Silverstein Group, we develop fully integrated programs that get our clients noticed. How? Inside our four walls, our media relations pros work with our in-house creative gurus and social media all-stars to create one-of-a-kind campaigns for our clients that get the public talking.

Our long and respected track record of creative effective campaigns is what keeps our clients coming back for more. We have represented some of the best-known companies in the world, including McDonald’s, American Airlines and Merrill Lynch. Many of these relationships extend beyond a decade. We’ve worked with McDonald’s for more than 25 years.

We use all forms of communication, outreach, events and relationship-building tactics to create a clear-cut and effective public image that showcases the best interests of each organization we represent.

PR SERVICES

Our services include:

Media Relations

Editorial coverage lends credibility. It’s also one of our key strengths. Whether you are launching a new product or service or looking for an image boost, we know how to garner publicity. Our staff includes former reporters, editors and producers with a keen insight into how the news cycle works.

No one knows the South Florida media market like we do and no one knows how to tell a story like we do. We also have a proven track record of placing clients in top-tier media outlets, including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, CNN, Good Morning America, The Today Show and CNBC. You can count on our team to win you coverage – in both English and Spanish – in the markets that matter to you.

Influencer Marketing

Sometimes the best way to spread the word is to let someone else do the talking. We create strategic partnerships for our clients so that your audience hears your story from the right sources. From partnering with other brands to bloggers – or finding the right spokesperson who can best convey your message – we think outside-the-box to get your message heard loud-and-clear.

Event Marketing

Events can play a critical role in your public relations mix. That’s why you want the experience of Leslie Pantín, Jr., the president of our public relations division. He’s been named a marketer extraordinaire by the Miami Herald. Among his many accolades, he is the creator of Calle Ocho, one of the largest street festivals in the world, arteaméricas and CubaNostalgia. Clients look to us to produce everything from intimate corporate affairs to glitzy grand openings and more.

Hispanic Marketing

Hispanic marketing is about more than just translating. It's about building relationships with companies and brands. We know how to navigate seamlessly between Hispanic and American cultures, English and Spanish languages.

Crisis and Issues Management

Our clients depend on our 24/7 support in times of crisis. Whether it’s a public health issue, a devastating accident or an attack on a company’s reputation, we bring strategic counsel and more than two decades of experience and insight to manage crisis communications for our clients.

Uber Start to McDonald's All Day Breakfast

Pantín / Beber Silverstein spearheaded the first-ever partnership between Uber and a quick service restaurant, McDonald’s! To celebrate the launch of All Day Breakfast, McDonald’s and Uber delivered breakfast favorites and fun surprises throughout Miami one day in advance of the national All Day Breakfast launch.

To make the deliveries even more special, the agency encouraged local McDonald’s franchise owners and crew team members to participate in the promotion, stepping out of their restaurants to team up with South Florida’s Uber Driver Partners to interact with the community as brand ambassadors. A few lucky recipients even received a surprise visit from Ronald McDonald himself!

Uber also pledged to give $2 per All Day Breakfast delivery to Ronald McDonald House Charities of South Florida!

Nearly 12,000 millennials in Miami requested All Day Breakfast on-demand deliveries through the UBER application, generating media and social media buzz throughout the county and nationwide, including a segment on Good Morning America. The unique hashtag #AllDayBreakfastSoFla garnered nearly 600k impressions and the partnership is now being used as a model for McDonald’s and Uber partnerships nationwide.

LVP Sangria

Celebrity liquor launch with Lisa Vanderpump

Beber Silverstein’s PR team worked with the fabulous Lisa Vanderpump and her daughter, Pandora, to launch the Real Housewive’s signature sangria, LVP. Capitalizing on Lisa’s popularity with the LGBT community, the Agency recommended LVP make its national debut in Miami at the White Party - billed as the world’s sexiest HIV/AIDS dance fundraiser.  Not surprisingly, Lisa was the queen of the night and LVP made a huge splash! Leading up to the party, the PR team kept the mother–daughter duo busy, scheduling seven interviews for them in one day. Sound abusive? They loved it and never stopped smiling for the cameras. The coverage poured in, and the brand has since expanded to all major markets in the U.S.

The Barry University relationship started with the public relations team when the university called us to publicize their 75th anniversary events, including the pièce de résistance: a 1940’s themed event hosted by alumnus Shaquille O’Neal and featuring Wyclef Jean. From local clips in Ocean Drive and The Miami Herald to national hits on TMZ and MSN.com – the university made serious headlines. After that, the PR team began to work on the university’s general publicity getting the university some much deserved coverage!

Veritage Miami

Eat. Drink. Unite. Beber Silverstein’s public relations team was in full force working on United Way of Miami-Dade’s 20th anniversary VeritageMiami events. Leading up to the four days of events, the PR team developed concepts to publicize VeritageMiami, including a video teasing the events’ celebrity chefs and lots of good ol’ fashion pitching; landing the cover of The Miami Herald’s Tropical Life section, among other hits. The team also spearheaded the events’ social media pages, developing creative content, contests and live posting on Facebook and Instagram. The result: sold-out events raising much-needed funds to support our community’s charitable organization.
